PAUL QUINTON

Paul has been a DJ for over 30 years, growing up listening to the sounds of Jazz, Funk and Soul as broadcast on specialist shows across London and the Southeast. The heady days of Dartford Flicks and the Goldmine inspired a passion to play what he heard playing parties in and around Maidstone where he grew up. Moving to Huddersfield in the mid-eighties saw him playing regularly around the town and putting on club nights in the town embracing modern soul.

Today, Paul is tapping into deep, soulful, tech, techno and progressive house. Basically, if it rolls and has that “feel”, that “energy” then it will work. Embracing fresh new music and building it into his radio and club sets. Paul has now played globally from Paris to Miami as well as of course London, playing alongside K-mu, Yass, Kerri Chandler, Eddie Halliwell, Graham Gold, Miss Sin, Dan Ghancia to name a few. He has played at specialist nights in London as well as venues such as Ministry of Sound and the Folies Pigales in Paris.
